Control to driveline units is no exception. Application of clutch with the system of compensation of wear of friction overlays can not only enhance comfort, due to maintaining a stable effort on the pe-dal, but also improve the performance of the clutch. In the article a comparative analysis of the traditional design of the pneumohydraulic booster (PHB) and the design, which has a mecha-nism for compensating the wear of friction plate of clutches. As a compensator for the wear of friction plate of clutches, a telescopic rod with a closed cavity is used, which is filled the brake fluid through a reverse valve. With the wear of friction clutches, the fluid has the ability to slowly flow out of the closed cavity of the rod due to the leakage of the reverse valve. A positive feature is the ability to implement the proposed design within the framework of the traditional design of the pneumatic booster without changing the basic parts. As a result of the application of the proposed designs, it is expected to obtain such positive qualities as reducing the mass and mate-rial capacity of the product, maintaining high clutch performance regardless of the degree of wear of friction plates, reducing air consumption in operation (and, consequently, reducing fuel consumption), reducing the overall dimensions of the PHB. In order to confirm the new quali-ties, the consumption of air and fuel during the operation of both design of PHB on the typical urban route in the route bus is calculated. When calculating, the clutch exclusions taken into account are required during acceleration after each stop and traffic light. A reference to the investigation of the speed of the clutch control mechanism with new and worn friction plate of clutch is given. The properties of the proposed PHB design with the mechanism of compensation of the wear of the friction plate of the clutch are analyzed and the effect is shown not only in the manufacture of this design, but also from the application of this design in operation, which is expressed in fuel economy.Документ Increasing resource of scraper conveyors(Харківський національний автомобільно-дорожній університет, 2020) Нlushkova, D. В.We have studied the properties of steels BRK, 18ChGT, 20ChGNB used for the manufacture of sidewalls of chute conveyor pans after various treatment regimes in order to select the most appropriate one. The working conditions stipulate high demands to chute conveyor pan material with respect to strength and durability, and the term of chute conveyor pan service is deter-mined by the sidewall stability. The level of properties, microstructure of sidewalls after thermal treatment as well as the heat treatment and welding are analyzed. As between the hardness and wear resistance there is a direct relationship, the research methodology consisted in measuring the hardness, strength indicators, and study of the microstructure. It was revealed that after the heat treatment and welding of pan sidewalls made of steel BRK there is not provided the desired level of strength (the tensile strength must not be lower than 1275 MPa), and there is observed unevenness in the distribution of hardness and strength properties over the cross section. This can be avoided using alloy steels. It was established that the profiles made of steel 20ChGNB when quenched in oil provide a higher level of properties than profiles made of steel 18ChGT. When welding the sidewalls of pans made of steel 20ChGNB with other parts of pans subject to wear the softening areas do not exceed 2-3 HRC. The absence of a unified approach to solving the problem has been established, which is asso-ciated with the complexity of the process of modifying multicomponent alloys. The aluminum alloys of the AL-Zn-Mg-Cu system were studied. As a modifier, a composition based on nanodispersed powders of titanium and boron with fractions of up to 100 nm, obtained with plasma-chemical synthesis, is proposed. The structure, phase composition, and properties of the test samples were studied before and after modification with methods of optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and X-ray spectral analysis. In the modified B95 and B96 alloys, grain refinement and structure stabilization were achieved. Determination of the crystal lattice parameters of the alloys showed an increase in the period of lattice of the modified samples by 1.02%. The microhardness of α-Al, the solid solution, was increased from 1080 to 1500 MPa. The phase composition of B95 and B96 alloys is represented with the intermetallic phases CuAl2, MgZn3, Mg2Zn3, Mg2Si, FeAl3, TiB2, TiAl3, as well as phases of complex composition. The maximum grain refinement and increase in the mechanical properties of the alloys were achieved upon modification of 0.05% Ti and 0.005% B, which is explained by the formation of dispersed strengthening intermetallic phases of complex composition in the center of the grains.Документ Выбор материала для ответственных деталей скребкового конвейера(Харьковский национальный автомобильно-дорожный университет, 2018) Глушкова, Д. A.Изучены свойства сталей БРК, 18ХГТ, 20ХГНБ, используемых для изготовления боковых стенок конвейерных лотков, для желобов, после различных режимов обработки, чтобы выбрать наиболее подходящую. Условия работы обуславливают высокие требования к материалу лотка конвейерного транспортера в отношении прочности и долговечности, а срок службы лотка конвейера определяется устойчивостью боковины. Проанализирован уровень свойств, микроструктура боковых стенок после термической обработки, а также сварки. Поскольку между твердостью и износостойкостью существует прямая связь, методология исследования заключалась в измерении твердости, показателей прочности и изучении микроструктуры. Было обнаружено, что после термообработки и сварки боковых стенок из стали БРК не обеспечивается желаемый уровень прочности (прочность на разрыв не должна быть ниже 1275 МПа) и наблюдается неравномерность распределения твердости и прочности по поперечному сечению. Этого можно избе-жать, используя легированные стали. Было установлено, что профили из стали 20ХГНБ при закалке в масле обеспечивают более высокий уровень свойств, чем профили из стали 18ХГТ. Из двух исследованных сталей – 18ХГТ и 20ХГНР – более высокий комплекс свойств обеспечивает сталь 20ХГНР, при закалке которой в мягкой охлаждающей среде – масле – фиксируется высокий уровень свойств. При сварке боковин рештаков, выполненных из стали 20ХГНР, с другими деталями рештаков разупрочнение подвергающихся износу участков не превышает 2...3 HRC. На основании вышеприведенных исследований следует отметить, что сталь 20ХГНБ может быть рекомендована для изготовления боковых стенок рештаков.
