В., 2026) Aleksandrov, Ye.
The study guide covers free, forced, and random vibrations of the sprung part of a vehicle body, as well as self-oscillations of the sprung part with friction shock absorbers, and self-oscillations of the engine coolant temperature using the method of harmonic linearization of nonlinearities. It also explores free and forced elastic vibrations of a gun barrel mounted on the chassis of a military vehicle, and the influence of liquid sloshing on the directional stability of a fuel tanker truck. This study guide is intended for students of automotive specialties at higher education institutions of the III and IV accreditation levels. It can also be used as a self-study resource by engineers in the fields of mechanical engineering and transportation.

Interchangeability and maintainability of electric vehicles in the context of industry development
The rapid growth of the global electric vehicle (EV) market is accompanied by a low level of interchangeability and maintainability of key components, leading to increased maintenance costs, dependence on authorized service centers, and challenges in battery recycling. The absence of unified design standards limits the possibilities for component reuse and creates technical barriers to the development of an efficient service infrastructure. Goal. To analyze the current state of interchangeability and maintainability of electric vehicles, identify technical, economic, and regulatory constraints, and develop recommendations for standardization and unification of design solutions aimed at improving the economic and environmental efficiency of EV operation. Methodology. The study employs a comparative analysis of EV designs from different manufacturers, a review of international standards (ISO 15118, CCS Combo, IEC 61851, SAE J1772), and systematization of service-related barriers. Economic risks associated with full-unit replacement and environmental consequences of limited battery recycling were assessed. Serviceability challenges and critical cost factors were analyzed using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) indicators. Results. It has been revealed that most EV components have unique design parameters, preventing the use of universal spare parts and increasing TCO by 20–40%. A set of technical, economic, and regulatory measures is proposed, including modular architecture, dimensional interface unification, and the implementation of open diagnostic protocols. These solutions are expected to improve service accessibility and reduce vehicle downtime. Originality. Unlike existing studies, this paper integrates technical, economic, and serviceability aspects by proposing a structured scheme for standardizing EV components at technological, service, and environmental levels. A novel approach to evaluating maintainability is offered through indicators of modularity, compatibility, and availability of certified spare parts. Practical value. The findings can be used for the development of regulatory frameworks in the field of electric transport, the design of modular battery and power electronics systems, the creation of a market for certified component analogs, and the implementation of battery reuse programs. The proposed solutions contribute to reducing maintenance costs, extending vehicle lifespan, and minimizing environmental impact.

An approach to assessing the quality of transport service in road logistics
The study addresses the problem of terminological ambiguity and methodological inconsistency in defining and assessing transport service provision in road freight transportation. In practice, the concepts of transport service and transport service provision are often used interchange-ably, which leads to incorrect managerial decisions, fragmented quality assessment, and inefficiencies in logistics processes. The need to clarify the structure of transport service provision, determine its components, and establish measurable indicators is intensified by the growing complexity of logistics systems and increasing customer expectations for reliability, flexibility, and transparency of transport operations. Goal. The aim of the work is to develop a structured and theoretically substantiated framework for interpreting transport service provision and to justify methodological approaches for evaluating its quality in road freight transport. Methodology. The methodology is based on critical analysis of scientific literature, systematization of regulatory definitions, decomposition of the service provision structure into transport output, transport process, and customer interaction, as well as ex-amination of modern tools for transport planning, routing optimisation, and digital support of logis-tics processes using TMS, GIS, and algorithmic methods. Results. The results demonstrate that transport service provision should be interpreted as a complex process encompassing preparation, organization, execution, and coordination of freight transportation, while a transport service repre-sents the final result of this process. Originality. The proposed structured framework enables the iden-tification of quality indicators relevant to different stages of transportation and enhances objectivity in evaluating logistics performance. The originality of the study lies in substantiating the procedural in-terpretation of transport service provision, distinguishing it from the concept of transport service, and demonstrating the integrative role of digital tools and routing algorithms in improving service quality. Practical value. The practical value is reflected in the possibility of applying the developed approach to optimize transport operations, reduce empty mileage, improve fleet utilization, increase delivery reliability, and support evidence-based decision-making in transport companies. This contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of road freight carriers under modern market conditions.

Proactive analysis of road traffic accidents in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on machine learning models and geographic information systems
The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for proactive analysis of road traffic accidents (RTAs) in the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK). Traditional retrospective approaches do not provide sufficient effectiveness in preventing incidents under conditions of annually. increasing acci-dent rates and significant socio-economic losses, which exceed USD 7 billion per year. Goal. The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical justification for a proactive analysis methodology based on machine learning (ML) models. Methodology. The proposed approach is grounded in the integration of Big Data obtained from the national digital platform TOR (Traffic Operational Response) and the application of predictive ML models such as Random Forest and XGBoost. Originality. The scientific novelty lies in the synthesis of ML models and GIS-based analysis to create a dynamic proactive model for RTA risk assess-ment, adapted for the first time to the specific data environment of Kazakhstan. The developed framework enables the prediction of both the probability and the severity of RTAs on specific road segments using dy-namic influencing factors. Results. The results can be utilized by road infrastructure agencies and law en-forcement bodies in Kazakhstan for targeted patrolling and proactive interventions. Practical value. It is recommended to integrate the ML module directly into the TOR platform and to establish standardized interagency data exchange procedures.
