Управління інноваціями на основі цифрової трансформації підприємств транспортно-логістичної системи

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті особливості управління інноваціями на основі цифрової трансформації підприємств транспортно-логістичного комплексу. Визначено основні поняття та еволюцію розвитку управління інноваціями, розглянуто сучасні напрямки розвитку цифрової трансформації АТП. Проаналізовано стан управління інноваціями та оцінка рівня цифровізації на підприємствах транспортно-логістичної системи України. Поведено аналіз існуючих методів оцінки рівня цифровізації підприємств транспортно-логістичного комплексу. Розроблено та апробовано методику оцінки рівня цифрової трансформації автотранспортних підприємств, яка враховує специфіку підприємств транспортно-логістичного комплексу. Прогнозні припущення щодо розвитку об’єкта дослідження – розвиток управління інноваціями та цифровізація АТП є перспективним напрямком як досліджень в сфері управління, так і для практичного застосування на підприємствах транспорту та логістики.
Management of enterprise logistics activities

The qualification work defines the essence of the concepts "logistics," "logistics system," and "enterprise logistics activities," as well as their characteristics, components, functions, and tasks. It examines the functions, principles, and approaches to managing logistics activities at the enterprise level and analyzes the operational results of PJSC "RTE - 16355" over the past five years. A methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of managing logistics activities was improved and tested. Measures to enhance logistics management were proposed, specifically the reengineering of the "transportation" business process. A techno-economic assessment of the practical recommendations was conducted. Future research prospects include studying individual logistics business processes within the enterprise to identify reserves for improving their efficiency.
Assessment of enterprise activity effectiveness

In the diploma work, the concept of "efficiency of activity" has been improved,
which, in contrast to the existing ones, characterizes it as the ability of the subject of activity to determine and achieve goals that reflect the optimal ratio of resources spent and results of activity. The methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the definition of local, block and integrated assessments of the effectiveness of activity on the basis of using the matrix method. The opening of an online store of the enterprise and the reduction of its transport costs by improving the operational management of transportation are proposed and substantiated. Forecast assumptions regarding the development of the object of study are a steady increase in the efficiency of the enterprise.
Modern approaches to digitalizing the marketing activities of an enterprise

In this qualification work, the concept of «transport service quality» has been refined, considering its external aspect (as perceived by consumers) and its internal aspect (from the enterprise's perspective). A system of quality assessment indicators for passenger road transport services has been improved, reflecting conditions, processes, and outcomes. The study develops a methodological approach to quality control, enabling the assessment of service subprocesses and identifying potential failures for each quality indicator with the lowest level. This allows for effective management decisions to improve service quality. The study analyzes the causes of deviations in quality levels from standards and proposes practical recommendations for implementing a quality management system for road transport services. Practical Significance – the developed methodological approach to quality control will enable passenger road transport enterprises to enhance service quality, motivate employees to improve performance, satisfy consumer needs, strengthen competitiveness, and increase profits. Predictive Assumptions – the results of this study can be applied to optimize the quality management systems of passenger road transport enterprises, supporting their sustainable development and alignment with modern market demands.
Modern approaches to digitalizing the marketing activities of an enterprise

In the qualification work, the essence of enterprise marketing activities and their transformation under the influence of digitalization were explored. Prospects and challenges of digital marketing development were analyzed, with a focus on modern trends and tools. A correlation-regression analysis was performed to evaluate the impact of digital advertising metrics on the overall advertising media market. The current state and results of digitalization in the marketing activities of LLC Preiz were examined. Practical recommendations for enhancing marketing activities through digitalization were developed, including the implementation of a chatbot to improve customer interaction. A technical and economic assessment of the proposed recommendations confirmed their feasibility and potential for optimizing communication, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing marketing expenses. Predictive assumptions – The results of this study can be applied to enhance the marketing strategies of enterprises across various industries, ensuring adaptability and competitiveness in the era of digital transformation. The proposed conceptual foundations and practical recommendations can serve as a basis for further research and development in the field of digital marketing.
