Improvement of enterprise crisis management

Abstract

In the qualification work, the concepts, phases and causes of the crisis development were considered. Such causes of the crisis at the enterprise are considered as external, which do not depend on the activity of the enterprise, and internal, which depend on the activity of the enterprise. The stages of bankruptcy proceedings are considered. A model for the formation of anti-crisis management at the enterprise has been developed. Ways out of a specific stage of crisis development are proposed. An algorithm for the development of restructuring of debt obligations at a motor transport enterprise has been developed. The existing methods of anti-crisis management, in particular, diagnostics of the enterprise, including express diagnostics and fundamental diagnostics, have been studied. A strategy of anti-crisis management at a motor transport enterprise has been proposed. Having analyzed the extended classification of anti-crisis strategies, a model of selection and development of an anti-crisis strategy of motor transport has been formed. Enterprise.
